Mustad Scandinavian Open Fly Tying Competition 2004 is the biggest international fly tying competition in the world where it is possible to participate with all kind of flies. The competition is open to all tiers, both amateurs and professionals. You can participate in nine categories from a fully dressed salmon fly to an open catagory where it is possible to tie all kinds of strange "creatures". The prizes consist of medals and diplomas.

  EFTTEX's 23rd show will be held for the first time ever in the English capital London from Friday 2nd to Sunday 4th July 2004.

The venue will be the recently built ExCel centre, in Docklands. This is London's most exciting waterfront development and comes complete with a whole host of bars, pubs, cafes, restaurants and hotels. EFTTEX and ExCel will ensure your visit to London is fun, relaxed and enjoyable.

 August 14-15: The Via Baltica Pike Trophy
A competition for the keen pike angler! Held at Kattisavan Camping and Lake Mörtträsket. During LFF 2003, 187 pike were caught, the heaviest weighing in at just under 9 kg. Europe's largest show for and by fly fishers      Welcome!

 

Europe's largest show for and by fly fishers will be held again in 2002. More precisely on Saturday the 21st and Sunday the 22nd of September. Holidaycentre IJsselstein, Geldersedijk 26, 8052 SG Hattem, situated along the shoreline of the River IJssel, one of the most beautiful rivers in the Netherlands, will host the show again. A new item and much different than in the past, there will now be a complete program on the Saturday evening as well.
